The ETNA Dynamic Solution for DGS/DRB trials allows the Customer to evaluate reliability and robustness of the Gate under dynamic stress conditions in accordance with AQG324 Standard. These tests are crucial because SiC devices are often used in high-power, high-temperature applications, where they can be subject to rapid voltage changes and high currents.
