- Test Platform, based on VBTS-M (Digital) and LL-HV (Low Leakage, High Voltage) Test Drivers
Ion migration, defect generation and material degradation are the most important targets of DH3TRB trials. By dynamically exploiting the interaction between high voltage and high temperature humidity, this ERIS solution is key to ensuring that SiC devices can operate reliably in harsh environments and for long periods, reducing the risk of failure and improving the safety and efficiency of end-use applications.
