Business Ethics Statement
EDA Industries has decided to adopt the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Ethics, in order to guarantee the highest quality standards and legal requirements in the performance of its business activities.
As a result, the company’s Code of Conduct is based on 3 important principles:
- Integrity: EDA Industries conducts its business with the highest ethical standards, honors commitments with loyalty and fairness by defending what it deems right.
- People: EDA Industries behaves with transparency and trust, believes to be able to share knowledge, encourage the contribution of everyone and develop the potential of people through empowerment, teamwork and training. Each person in EDA is personally involved in a continuous improvement process.

Management System Policy and Objectives
EDA Industries wants to connote itself as an entity of excellence in the context in which operates.
Our Management System Policy is the framework for defining objectives both strategic and related to each business process from the perspective of a customer-oriented organization, sustainable improvement, and worker health and safety.
Among the important principles we decided to follow, we are committed to providing resources to support a work environment that is stimulating, inclusive, respectful of all forms of diversity and participatory, inspired by concepts of fairness, freedom and dignity in professional relationships.
At the same time, we want to ensure that all qualified people, regardless of gender, are offered equal opportunities, creating a work environment in which, through inclusion, each individual is respected and valued.
With the aim of carrying out this objective in the best possible way, we have decided to adopt a Gender Equality Management System, compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022, as a valid tool to ensure gender equality into the whole company.

Every supplier must act in full observance with our Code of Conduct principles, being obliged to comply with the following Social Responsibility Clauses:

- Obligations on Health and Safety issues (paragraph 3)
- Environment binding directives (paragraph 4)
