STAr Technologies
STAr Tecnhologies, founded in 2000 in Taiwan and then expanded also in the USA, China, South Korea, Singapore, the Philippines and India, is a global supplier of semiconductor test total solutions, providing test systems, software, consumables and services to semiconductor and optical industry companies. Its expertise extends across parametric E-test, WLR & PLR.
In 2024, EDA and STAr decided to start a mutually strategic business expansion partnership to meet the ever-increasing requirements of the semiconductor industry.
As a result, STAr has become a sales representative of EDA products and services in the global market, in particular USA, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. Meanwhile, EDA is supporting STAr in EU markets, in particular Italy, and Morocco.
ChipTest Engineering Private Limited
Established in 2005 and having its principal place of business in Chennai, India, ChipTest Engineering Private Limited is an IC test and automation company, providing cost-effective test engineering solutions, PCB design and fabrication, and a wide range of industrial automation products.
In 2025, EDA and ChipTest announced a Joint Venture Agreement to enhance their presence in India, where Semiconductor market and business opportunities are expanding very fast.
In this scenario, EDA and ChipTest have agreed, as a first step, to set up a Burn-in and Reliability Test Laboratory in India to support the increasing demand in the country, mainly for SiC and GaN technologies, where EDA has a leadership position.
In addition, ChipTest is committed to introduce to its customers located in India the products of EDA, acting as a local Agent. In parallel, EDA is supporting ChipTest to get more business in Europe.
Finally, EDA is involving ChipTest as a partner to increase actual capacity for application activities.
Shenzhen Brightness Technology
Shenzhen Brightness Technology, known also as BETC, is a comprehensive technology company integrating agency, R&D, production and sales.
It provides one-stop reliability testing solutions for a wide range of devices and modules, currently acting as an EDA agent, focused on promotion and selling of products in China.
Since its establishment, Shenzhen Brightness Technology has introduced many of the most advanced reliability testing technologies and equipment in the world into China, improving the reliability of domestic product R&D and manufacturing.
