We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office.
He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Work Tasks
- Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities
- Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use
- Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices
- Provide hardware support to company staff
- Draw up the necessary documentation
Requirements
- Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux
- Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols
- Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches, firewalls
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts
- Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies
- Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data
- Good knowledge of English
- Technical Diploma
