Admin Staff

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team.

He/She will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling logistics coordination, including document processing, inventory and shipment monitoring, coordination with suppliers and service providers, and general office support.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities across administrative and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage office administrative tasks, including stationery, office supplies, and maintenance
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls
  • Assist in arranging meetings, company events, and travel bookings
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Provide general support to departments as needed
  • Monitor office expenses and petty cash
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, shipments, and collections
  • Prepare and file basic logistics documents (DO, receiving reports, etc.)
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing items and keep proper records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
  • Support basic inventory and stock monitoring

Required skills and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
