From September 17 we will participate at the ICSCRM 2023 (International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials), planned in Sorrento until Friday 22.

The event, focused on WBG semiconductor devices (i.e., SiC, GaN), aims to share and discuss both the most recent achievements and the roadmap trend.

The most important players of the industrial, academic, and public sectors will be present.

EDA Industries will attend the ICSCRM 2023 also with an own space at booth 5 in the foyer Ulisse/Tritone of Hilton Sorrento Palace Hotel.
