{"id":4084,"date":"2026-02-02T14:41:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T13:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eda-industries.net\/?post_type=job_positions&#038;p=4084"},"modified":"2026-02-02T15:03:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T14:03:51","slug":"asia-ict-in-charge","status":"publish","type":"job_positions","link":"https:\/\/www.eda-industries.net\/en\/job-positions\/asia-ict-in-charge\/","title":{"rendered":"Asia ICT In-Charge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for an Asia ICT In-Charge to manage and optimize the company\u2019s ICT infrastructure across the Asia region, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The role involves collaborating with regional teams, monitoring and improving ICT performance, providing user support and training, and maintaining proper technical documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ICT In-Charge is responsible for managing and supporting the organization\u2019s information and communication system. He\/She will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to establish a robust and reliable infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw up the documentation that describes the company infrastructure and, when necessary, the Use\/Installation Manuals for the main company software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, install and manage the ICT infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify possible infrastructure updates to always guarantee an adequate level of security and reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the infrastructure performances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the company\u2019s infrastructure is consistently updated and maintained and identify possible improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the new technologies usage within the company and train the colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to the employees in software or devices use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draw up the necessary documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel overseas as and when required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior or management as and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3\u20135 years of ICT\/IT experience, with regional or multi-country exposure preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong documentation and policy-writing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and IT security tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to travel within the Asia region when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Classification<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place of work: Jasin (Malaysia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability: immediate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working hours: full time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification: employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contract type: Permanent position, with salary based on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-2-color\">Join us<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you want to apply?
