{"id":2690,"date":"2025-05-26T17:28:10","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T15:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eda-industries.net\/?post_type=job_positions&#038;p=2690"},"modified":"2025-09-30T12:57:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T10:57:21","slug":"application-engineer-2","status":"publish","type":"job_positions","link":"https:\/\/www.eda-industries.net\/en\/job-positions\/application-engineer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Application Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Application Engineer to join our team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He\/She will be involved in the development of hardware and software solutions for the Testing, Qualification and Reliability validation trials of Semiconductor devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role requires solid knowledge of HW Electronic Design, Test Program development, Circuit Simulation and offers the opportunity to work in an international environment across different technology platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preliminary&nbsp;feasibility analysis and technical review of customer specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth study of the device datasheet and understanding of its electrical and functional characteristics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design of custom hardware applications, such as Burn-in Boards and Load Boards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simulation and verification of hardware using tools like SPICE or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of layout specifications and final review of the board CAD layout and related documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and debugging of test programs for functional and reliability testing, including generation of programming vectors, conversion of customer-provided patterns and creation of custom test flows to simulate the device\u2019s functional behavior and specific reliability stress conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing prototype bring-up, test execution and device debugging in full autonomy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of technical documentation, both internal and customer-facing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support to production and test teams during the validation and series testing of manufactured boards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Digital, Analog, Mixed-Signal circuits and Design for Test (DFT) principles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in electronic design and simulation (SPICE, LTspice, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with PCB layout tools and EDA (Electronic Design Automation) environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic programming knowledge (C, C++ or Python)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills and fluency in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking and teamwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Classification<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place of work: Jasin (Malaysia) and Calamba (Philippines)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability: immediate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working hours: full time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification: employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contract type: Permanent position, with salary based on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-2-color\">Join us<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you want to apply?
