We are looking for a Service Engineer with advanced technical knowledge of testing and burn-in systems and electronic skills.
Work Tasks
- Install and configure EDA solutions at customer sites, ensuring proper operation and compliance with technical specifics
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities on systems and equipment to prevent malfunctions and reduce downtime
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems on complex systems, performing repairs efficiently to ensure customer business continuity
- Provide technical support at customer sites, promptly resolving issues that may arise and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide training to customers on the correct use of equipment and basic maintenance processes to maximize operational efficiency
- Implement upgrades and modifications to systems as needed, ensuring that equipment is aligned with the latest technology standards
- Create and maintain detailed intervention reports, including performed upgrades, performed repairs and replaced parts
- Work closely with technical support, R&D and engineering teams to solve complex problems and continuously improve EDA solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and solving technical problems on complex testing and burn-in systems
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and testing equipment, ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- Ability to proactively solve problems and find quick and effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide them with clear and understandable support
- Ability to work independently and manage technical interventions based on customer needs
- Degree in Technical Field (Engineering, Management Engineering) or Technical Diploma
