We are selecting an Electronic CAD Designer to join our technical office.
The candidate will be responsible for developing the layout of the electronic boards, working according to the quality standards of the company organization. He/She will be responsible for generating the technical documentation for the production and assembly of the electronic boards, supporting the purchasing and the technical office in the design and creation phase of the electronic boards.
Work Tasks
- Creation of the layout of the electronic boards using CAD software according to IPC standards, based on the electrical diagrams and layout specifications developed by the designers (electronic/application)
- Completion of the partial electrical diagrams provided by the designers
- Management of the placement of electronic components on the board being designed
- Routing of connections
- Generation of files for the production and assembly of the board (BOM)
- Repair and assistance of probe cards
- Participation in the review, verification and validation phase of the team’s projects
- Library maintenance
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electronics/Electrotechnics or higher qualification
- Knowledge of electronic design
- Knowledge of DFM Design for Manufacturability and DFA Design for Assembly
- Experience in using CAD (preferably Suite Pads Standard)
- Ability to create library parts according to the IPC standard
- Knowledge of the English language (at least B1 level)
- Knowledge of the Office package
- Knowledge of tools suitable for the design and repair/maintenance of probe cards (preferably)
